Bribery

Dear Mia,

Your Dad is the best.  He is loving, supportive, dependable and fun.  He's also spontaneous and generous- two qualities I've been enjoying today!  This afternoon I received a box of chocolate-dipped strawberries from Edible Arrangements and they are SO delicious!  Your Dad is so thoughtful!

Oh, and he wanted me to tell you that he'll buy you chocolate too if you hurry up and pop out.  We're ready when you are, sweet cheeks!

Not Today, Ok?

Dear Mia,

Today as your Dad and I left for work, he kissed me goodbye and said "let's try to not have a baby today, ok?"  His reasoning was that it's too close to Valentine's Day and he'd hate for this little holiday to ever ruin your birthday.  He also added that I should try to not have you in February at all because usually this time of year we're experiencing heavy snow and he'd hate for you to have less than stellar attendance at your future birthday parties because people can't travel in bad weather.  He thinks it'd be in your best interest to hold off until March.  I just thought I'd pass along his wishes... let's see what you think!
